great sizesweet touch
i had such a wonderful time in the elisabeth bridge king suite river view! the size was amazing. the river view was wonderful.. i never wanted to leave. also, the turndown service left chocolates by my bedside, such a sweet touch!

My stay included a luxurious room, I loved it. The bathroom featured both a tub and shower. It was wonderfully designed, though the lighting was fine! I found the provided espresso and water quite nice. The quality linens made the beds so comfortable. The staff impressed me. They were very helpful and provided excellent service.
The concierge schedule felt unpredictable, and sometimes it wasn't ideal. I found this situation to be a slight inconvenience.

The bathroom had loads of towels. I was very grateful for such abundance, it made my days better. The room had great amenities, I especially liked the plush bathrobes. This added extra comfort.

The breakfast setup was a mess. It was far from enjoyable. They made us choose between the à la carte menu and the buffet before we even sat down. That choice made no sense. The shower situation wasn't great either. The water temperature kept changing from freezing to warm, with no hot water at all, so ridiculous. I did not find that amusing
